Well, I did the first run of week 5 this lunchtime. I had to use the chart and my watch because, for some reason, the podcast for this run had not been transferred to my MP3. A friend had done it all for me as I'm not brilliant with technology and had left off this run and also the third run for this week. I have time to get that sorted though and run 2 is on there. The third 5 minute run was a bit tiring but I pushed through and completed the first run of W5. I am starting to feel a sense of achievement now and feel I have a real chance of succeeding with this programme although I enjoy it a lot more when Laura is with me. Ah well, at least I got the run completed today. Best wishes and happy running to one and all.

Hi I just did W5R1 today too and that was after a busy weekend with a big family get together. I was kinda nervous about it cos there seems to be a lot of talk about W5 and 6 but yes we did it and I too felt a real sense of achievement. I hope you get the R2 onto your MP3 player - Laura is a great support. Good luck!

Thank you both for your encouraging words. I've now got R3 onto the MP3 player - R2 is already on there, my mate had made a bit of a pig's breakfast of W5 regarding the podcasts! I got some advice from Tesco phoneshop yesterday afternoon and found it surprisingly easy to sort it out for myself - once I knew what I was doing. R2 tomorrow! Best wishes.
