So I'd previously got to week 7, then I wasn't very well and had to stop....then took couple months to get back into restarting. I didn't go right back to the start but have built it up gradually over the last few weeks so I'm now doing 5 min warm up, then 20 min run. I seem to have hit a barrier though and can't get past this. It just seems that any running beyond 20 mins is just impossible, even slowing it down.
Please, any tips??? I'm determined to finish this time!!!

i so feel your pain, i was the same with week 8 just could not hit the 28 mins then i ran with music of my choice and hey presto it all seemed to changed. Maybe you should try it, after all you know it is 5mins warm up and cool down so you could time how long you run in between, good luck in your endeavor!!!!!
