In many ways that's the hardest run - just getting out there and the body doing something it hasn't done in a long time. Congratulations - and good luck!

Well done. The soreness does go. Remember those muscles haven't been Put to use in a while so you will ache. Mine stopped beginning of week 3 :) Keep going x

Well done, keep it up. Slow and steady and you will do it.

Congrats on getting started! The soreness goes after a while, those muscles just need breaking in a little. Good luck with the programme :)

Congratulations. It is a great feeling when you've got out there & done your first one isn't it? I ached terribly after my first but it does get better. Look after yourself on your rest days & you'll be fine. Good luck!
