Laundered running gear .

Washed my running gear , don't know why coz it was allready clean been in wardrobe 8wks to the day ! Been on another successful long walk with the pooch , & I'm back , oh yes I'm back . Cannot wait to see the physio Friday , he's giving me some pre run stretches as well as ones I've been doing & I'm getting a few more long walks in & I'm going to the graduate for the second time . Just slightly excited lol .

Hi Rockette! Good luck with the physio on Friday. Not long now and you'll be out again and a double graduate! You know when you factor in looking at this web site and also the extra laundry we generate we really should double the amount of time we set ourselves in a week for this running malarkey! But it's all good stuff isn't it?
