Just checked the results online, I was joined today (figuratively) by Carol from running club 'NHS C25K', her first parkrun!

Hi Carol, how did you get on with the puddles? Did you have fun? It's hard work when it's that wet. Hopefully you stayed upright. The trick is to take the corners easy, especially the far one and to not bother how wet/muddy you are at the end.
