Finished the third run for week 4 today, the end of the second 5 minute run was hard going but I didn't stop so technically this week was a success. I remember saying last week that the 90 second runs were becoming really easy, this week the three minute runs required much less effort, never thought that would happen. Have to confess though that I'm not particularly looking forward to next week, seems like a bit of a jump!
Also feeling happy with my form, I really like midfoot/ forefoot strikes and running is definitely easier with this form, don't think I could heel strike now if I tried. Have been watching loads of gait analysis videos which has really helped me to learn how to run efficiently and my joints all seem happy far! So, week 5 starts on weds, fingers crossed! Xx
