Do I need to be in a park for Strength and Flex?

I'd like to try and incorporate either Strength and Flex or something like this into my routine with running. Do I have to be near a park to be able to do the Strength and Flex? It's dark evenings and mornings and the thought of doing this in the park doesn't really appeal. Are there any other advice/ideas for me to build strength. The main thing at the moment I am focusing on is the running but a little something extra is always good.

I do it indoors but it can be hard to find the props at the right height (wherever you are) I am hoping to get back and do the full course soon but find yoga a bit more accessible (and certainly works on strength and flexibility)

I'll look into yoga as well then.

I'll try it indoors and see how it goes. I can do the walking bit outside round the block then do the strength stuff in my garden even when weather gets nicer.

I've completed S&F indoors so no, it's not necessary if you have the space available.

In fact it's a good fallback during the darker nights if you can't fit in a run and it does support your running.

There is one exercise that suggests using some railings but if you have a strong door frame or archway that you can reach either side of, it's a good substitute.
