My split time per mile dropped by 90 seconds!!!
Short of an ice pick and crampons anyone got any tips for running when frosty???

If it's snow or frozen snow/white ice then Yaktrax are good but for that surface frost I'm afraid I have no idea, just have to be extra careful and live with it - better 90 seconds extra than going your length.

Invest in a treadmill in the shed?
As Notbad says yaktrax (or similar, I have non-branded ones with spikes) are great when it's snowy out, but once the snow starts to melt and becomes patchy they're no good. No good either on the frost, you need to go extra carefully or head indoors. Or walk to the woods and do all off road work, then the frost is a bonus, less mud (or so I thought this morning before I took an unanticipated detour and ended up covered in more than I usually am!).
I'm going to check out a riverside path on google satellite view and if it's reasonable try that(!)
I'm trying to avoid doing treadmill - I find it messes with my outdoors running
