Oh sorry, I didnt realise it was also a podcast..I have the app. So basically download it and put it on your mp3 player. Follow the link above or if you want the app....search for nhs couch to 5k

I've got an android phone and just search for it in Google Play. Just be careful to get the right one - there are several similar. I'm still just using the downloaded podcasts tho'.

I loved the podcasts so I didn't want an app that didn't have the lovely Laura. I use Runtastic to measure my runs and there are other apps for that. I just start both off at the same time and turn off Runtastic's audio messages.
