Hi, If you have had the all clear from your GP or Physio to start running again, I would maybe just go for a short gentle run to see how you feel, but any pain just go back to a brisk walk and see how it feels. Good Luck

I've been out for two months with an injury. I went back to week 4 and have worked my way back from there.

Thanks both, think I will take real easy and avoid bad weather as that certainly makes me worse

I had 8 weeks out due to injured knee, I'd got to the end of week 7 when I had to stop. I started back at week 1 but only did each run twice instead of 3 times until I got to week 5. All the best for your return to running!
