Hi, I'm in week 8 of the C25K and i seem to find that I'm fine but when I get to about 20-25 minutes in my right toes start to go a bit numb. I bought new running shoes (as I heard it could be that they were too small) but it still seems to happen. Do I maybe need to stretch or something at the start of my run? Does anyone else get it?

I was just going to ask this question too. I was jogging a slow 5 k yesterday and towards the end both of my entire feet got numb. As if I had sat somewhere for too long. Strange given I have been moving. And this was also after buying new running shoes.
