And I feel fantastic , even took the dog out straight after , no ankle pain ( thanks to to the new brooks trainers) used the new app , it let me down again , Laura disappeared but looked at my watch at the end of the playlist , that's when I stopped , & it read like this distance 5.69 time 48.27.08 pace 8.31 . Bit slow but never mind I'm running , me actually running for that lengh of time none stop ! Who would have thought it . Love the watch , it's light & fits perfect ,I don't really know what's what with it yet , but going to get to grips with it in a bit .

I've just realised , warm up walk included in that . I'm just getting to grips with watch , next time I'll start timer when walks over lol . Thanks Ned , I'm feeling quite chuffed .

well done :-) and great attitude. It doesn't matter how fast you go, it's doing it that counts. Which garmin have you got?

Forerunner 110 I love it ,just getting used to it , connected it to lap top last night & saw my route & everything .
