I seem to be back in 'the zone' after today's gruelling stepping stone run, which is good! But I am also making my playlist which is getting me in the zone, so, do people suggest I run tomorrow?
I really want to try the stamina podcast, is this a completely crazy idea straight after the stepping stone? Is it worse?
I also really want to test my play list, so do I do that instead ooorr do I just not run at all tomorrow?
