I know from my experience last week that I would not survive a run when I'm so tired. I had a lot of stress and a very important exam last Wednesday so had to study and couldn't run on Tuesday (my run day) and also was too tired (headache, a bit of perception disorder due to lack of sleep) to run on Wednesday. I skipped the run and got out again on Thursday. So, for me it was no option even if I had planned to run very tired on Wednesday.
Are you feeling ok? Are you feeling awake enough to pay enough attention to your surroundings? Would you be able to see a car coming when you cross a street? Are you still awake enough to lift your feet high enough so you don't trip over something? If you feel good enough, go for a run. Please be careful not to get injured especially as lack of sleep causes us to have less awareness of possible dangers.
If you decide to go out: Happy running

Yeh, I think I'll be ok if slow. We go on a field not road and ill have hubbie to watch out for me. I'll just have to have low expectations on speed. I'm just hoping it'll help me sleep later.
Oh definitely, you'll sleep like a log. But I find that if I'm sleepy when I begin running, by the end of it I'm more energzied than ever. So, I don't do it if I'm trying to go to sleep afterwards lol peerdiagnosis.com/dislocate...
