Do we think at week 7(just finished wk6 last run!) I'm a beginner runner? Or am I a jogger?

I'm just looking into joining Run England and perhaps getting into a running group but its asking for technical information!!

Does their website not give any guidelines on their terminology? What may be running to some clubs would perhaps be jogging to others.
