Just completed this run and it was a lot harder than run 1. I don't really know how I managed to complete it but I did! Think I may have to repeat this week also..

Hi Sarah, congratulations on completing Week 4 run 2. I'm exactly there as well, having completed the run only yesterday. Can't say it was easy, there were occasions when I felt my legs very leaden and speaking to me begging to give up but I didn't and only did some brisk walking today before the final run of Week 4 tomorrow. Keep going - we're all in it together !
Hi g24169, sounds like we are in the exact same boat! my legs felt extremely heavy whilst running. congratulations also on completing the run! good luck for run 3!

Well done Sarah. You should be very proud of yourself when you look back at how far you've come already. Just keep plugging away at it and just go slow and steady. You will get there and remember that it isn't a race so no pressure. Good luck with run 3
