Well I just completed the first run of week two and I surprised myself. Didn't feel as bad as I thought I would and in fact found it easier than the last run of week one. My diet was much better yesterday and today ( had been entertaining over the weekend and was eating fattier food and more carbs) and I felt the difference. I did think 90 seconds was quite a long time by run five but I coped ok and completed them all. Best thing is my leg muscles for the first time don't feel so stiff and painful so really pleased.
