Everyone has bad runs, even experienced runners, you just need to try to put it behind you, move on and not think about it next time you run. You know you can do it, because the plan is designed that way, just trust in it and yourself and I'm sure you'll nail it!

I found week eight to be one of the hardest mentally and physically! Doesn't seem like it should be but to me it was! I just kept running and now I've graduated!
