I did my week 8 -3rd run tonight, decided to take off and go rural! I've been using a canal path mostly so I wanted to add in a bit of variation, hills stiles etc. I did ok but had to walk a few bits where it was too steep and stony (I am quite a pro at falling over) and obviously had to climb over stile in a sedate manner... I was feeling pretty pleased with myself and thanking my lucky stars that it was unpopulated apart from farm animals as the music I had chosen was causing spasmodic and spontaneous arm movements as I huffed and puffed along. It wasn't til the cool down song that I realised that I had just run to next weeks music ie 30 mins! Oh well!
Question for the girls, does anyone else get frozen jubblies?!!
Frozen jubblies, no, not in the winter and not now. Personal question coming up..... When you get home do they actually feel cold or are you assuming they're cold because they're standing to attention? If it's the latter then your jubblies may be jiggling in their hammocks and you'd need to get a new bra. Sorry for the detail chaps.
