I am looking for some advice on good stretches for calf and thigh muscles after a run. Up until now a cool down walk has been enough to stretch things out and I haven't felt that I have needed extra stretching, but I am on week 8 now and with the runs being longer I feel my muscles, particularly my thighs are still quite tight after my 15/20 min cool down. So I know I could Google stretches, but I thought I would ask you lovely people for some advice

Have a look at Strength and Flex podcast on this site. Go to communities and select it.. There are 5 weeks and they help with overall fitness for your running. The stretches that they use in the Flex section are ideal for after longer runs and it is still good old Laura
