I have been reading (and re-reading) the HOW TO RUN C25K FAQ post; in it, Tim provides a link to some post run stretches that he swore by. When I click on the link, however, it just goes to an nhs menu for exercises. I tried putting it in the search box but came up with nothing. Can anyone point me toward those, or other useful post-run stretches? Thanks!

Question about post-run stretching
Hi Gildamonster , I did a bit of clicking through and think it's these: nhs.uk/live-well/exercise/r...
Thank you, those look good. I bookmarked the page😊
You're welcome. I imagine that the original link was correct but became outdated due to changes on the NHS site.
(Tagging Instructor57 , Oldfloss , Mummycav - would it be possible at some point to update the link in the FAQ, if appropriate, please?)
I got those when I clicked on the original link...just scrolled down.x
The guide in the promotion banner took you to the wrong page ...I have updated it now .

You must have extra-special powers Oldfloss ! On my computer the original link does the same as it did for the OP, i.e. defaults to nhs.uk/live-well/exercise/
I then have to scroll down and click on Running and aerobic exercises, then on How to stretch after exercising, before I get to the page I linked!
Edited to add - or at least it did. It works properly now, thanks to Instructor57 's update. So we're all good! xxx
The stretches Cmoi helpfully to are what I’d usually do after every run. If I’ve got a bit more time, I really like Yoga With Adriene’s post run routines. There are a few of them to try if you like that sort of thing! Generally, I think she’s great and I find a bit of yoga on test days brilliant for helping recover.

This is a longer bonus one that I enjoy…yoga for tired legs. Helpful for runners at times!
I use the 'stretching post-exercise' in the featured videos in the Discover section of the Couch25k app. Seem to be simple and effective.
