Just my luck on c25k got up to week 3 then found out i had pulled muscle then to make matters worse broke 2 toes. Couldnt find my mp3 player to see where i was at so going back to 1.

Grrr what a time to go back over

Yikes poor you! I've just started week one again due to shin splints. Surely you can't run with broken toes?

Not going to run till they are sorted got bout another 2 weeks to go till they are healed it is just i have not posted on here for a while

Ouch! good luck with the recovery and I'm sure the weeks will whizz by and get you back to where you were. From my perspective, nice to have company in week one :)

Frustrating, isn't it?! I was on week 4 and had problems with my knee which meant iI haven't been able to run for 3 weeks now. Have permission from the physio to try a light run now, so shall see how I get on tomorrow with w1 r1 - good luck to you too!
