Finished week nine.

Great I went out along the canal as soon as I finished work at lunchtime. I got very hot and was as red as a beet root but I did it ; run 3 of week 9 done. The challenge has been hard to complete but I am very pleased and it has given me a lot of confidence in all ways. At the start the thought of running 30 minutes seemed a joke but as lots of bloggers on here have said it is doable. I now intend to get gait analysis and save for new trainer just in case I need them. Lots of thanks to everyone on here. Oh yes how do I get my graduation badge, wow fancy that.

Congratulations. We graduated the same morning :-)

Do get gait analysis and start saving. Proper trainers make such a difference.

Well done, another new graduate... 'tis really the season for running! :)

Many congratulations and all the best with gait analysis and new running shoes. I got mine halfway through the programme to prevent any injury ... and they are absolutely the best investment I have made! I'm still loving my running, staying fit and keeping happy. Wishing you all the best too .... and no 'in case' you need them ..... you'll definitely need them! ;)

Cheers, Linda :)
