Reached week 8 and then fractured my long before I can start again?

Hi everyone - I'm after some advice. I've been working my way through the C25k plan quite successfully and had reached week 8 before I fell off my bike and fractured the radius in my arm (just above my wrist). Really gutted to have to stop my training - does anyone have any experience of getting going again after something like this? I'm currently in plaster for another 4 weeks (did it 2 weeks ago). Don't worry I'm not after medical opinions just thought someone may have experienced something similar. Thanks everyone :)
