W5r3 third time lucky

I took on board your advice from Monday and planned a new route, sunny Southend seafront! unfortunately instead of sun we (youngest daughter pretending to be

Laura &I) had hurricane winds and hail stone the size of golf balls thrown at us.

The thing is I did it, 20 mins without stopping yippeeeeee, very slow but I did it and I'm thrilled, my baby girl did a great job( not that Laura doesn't) but I think that I needed to try this run a different way after failing it twice.
