Week 6 run 2 done

Tonight's run was much easier than run 1 this week. I'm now finding the longer I run the easier it seems to get and especially around the 10 minute mark. Tonight I could have easily carried on going after the first 10 minutes. So that's it now. No more walking breaks! Run 3 on Friday or Saturday and then another week until Race for Life, and I'm really starting believe that I might just be able to run most of the way!

This sounds really inspiring after my exhausting attempt at W6R1 this morning! hope I feel the same when I do my run 2. Good luck with Race for Life :-)
