Week 6 Run 2

I set out for today's run feeling tired and grumpy but it was such a beautiful evening that part way through the warm up walk I started to feel much better. I always find the first five minutes hard and I had to really push myself through it today and I was pretty glad to get to the end of the first ten minute run. The second ten minute run was completely different. It felt great! By the end of the run I felt like my legs were just going by themselves, I'm hoping that I'll feel the same way on my next run.

I'm nervous about leaving the walking intervals behind but I'm looking forward to really being a real runner!
