The tape is off and I'm good to go

I have come to the conclusion that physios lie :) So much for "you can easily peel the tape off in the shower", no wonder it stayed put through 30 minutes of swimming, I got the batch that used superglue - free waxing, I suppose - will have to shave over the rest of the leg ;)

Note to self - remember to shave legs before next appointment.

Anyway, bootcamp tonight, in the rain, which is good because the ground will be softer, no running today or tomorrow, then a short run on Thursday before I see the smiling sadist again on Friday. She's then away for two weeks, but suspect I'll not be spared treatment yet!

Onwards and backwards, but at least I know I CAN run 5k - it just knackers my tendons :)
