Alternating between running shoes?

Got an absolute bargain today at Tkmax, (£15 instead of £60) more or less the same shoe I use now, just a different make. So do I alternate them with my current ones which are a few months old or 'save' them till the others wear out?

Thanks Susie

:)

From what I've read Susie, I think you are perfectly OK alternating the shoes. Besides that, what's a girl to do? Pass up a bargain? ;-) Gayle

I have two pairs on the go just now as I got a bargain of ASICS, I use the older ones for wet weather and my new ones for dry days and the gym. Happy runnings :)

Yes, I alternate mine - apparently it's better for you anyway as you will use your feet and joints slightly differently and therefore might be able to avoid overuse injuries.
