Finished W6, How did that happen?!

I cannot believe that my wife and I have just completed W6R3, the sense of achievement is great! At 66 years old this program has really given me a new lease of life and I have not felt fitter for years. My wife who is ??years younger than me ( I wouldn't dare!) and arthritic is also really feeling the benefit. Who would have thought when puffing away at 60 seconds that we would be completing a 25 minute run!

So to all you youngsters doubting your ability to progress; keep positive, listen to Laura and your fellow bloggers, keep to the program and you will succeed.

I am 66 also and only on W1R3 yesterday so a novice. Not yet getting the well being feelings and just hoping those bloggers are not fibbing when they say this is addictive. Off to do S&F1 any time now and looking forward to the good feelings. Really appreciate the encouraging bloggers!

You are not "only" onW1R3. It is a great achievement to have started in the firstplace and to have continued to where you are. Trust me, this sense of achievement will spur you on and you will get the addiction.

Keep posting to let us know how you are getting on.

thank you for the encouragement! Just this minute returned from S&F1. For the first time ever I did have a tiny glimmer of feeling good! Some funny looks in the play park - using the littlies equipment for various stretches but I really don't care. Feels ok now!
