Week 6 run 2 done

I'm getting into a bad habit of having two rest days instead of one. Yesterday it was too hot during the day and by the evening I'd eaten a big meal so knew it wasn't a good idea to go out.

Went out straight after work today. Went out for the first time without my fleece so had no pockets but managed with my key in my wrist band and my ipod pushed in there too and a tissue in my hand.

The run was good. I took it slowly but knew I could do ten minutes which must be a good sign.

The next one is the 25 minute one and from now on it's no more intervals. Can't believe I've got this far!
