Well I did it!

In spite of my still rather sore lower calf muscle, I was determined not to lose another day in my programme - and I'm glad I was.

The two 10-minute runs were a challenge and I felt every single step, but I completed them with energy to spare.

I believe the next challenge is 22 minutes............ :-o
