Breathing tips please!

I have just finished week 7. Physically managing ok but still seem to be struggling with getting a good rhythm breathing which is what is making it feel like a struggle at the moment. Any tips? Am I cursed to remain gasping like a half dead goldfish or will it come in the end?

At the start, I tried desperately to follow Laura's instructions. I couldn't, but I soon reasoned that a) I had other things to worry about and b) breathing is an involuntary thing and your body will work it out! Now, although i still puff like a bellows, my breathing looks after itself. I reckon you'll get used to it soon enough :)

Agree with Annie - do what feels natural and comfortable. My arms go across my body rather than straight back & forward, I don't worry about landing heel first, and I breathe on demand. That said, I do find myself settling into a rhythm of breathing in for two steps and out for two.
