Hi does anyone have any advice on post Nasal drip.? I have been suffering with this for a couple of weeks now, it started when the weather warmed up. I have COPD but don't have a cough just a little phlegm in my throat on a morning. I did suffer from sinus infections when I use to smoke but I'm nearly 6 months smoke free. Any advice would be appreciated ☺️

Just a possibility: the timing suggests possible allergies (even if not a previous issue). You might try an over the counter nasal spray. A "neti pot" type device to flush out your nasal passage is another possible solution.Best to determine the cause first, so I suggest discussing with your physician.
Congrats on being smoke free!

Good deal! I have never suffered from allergies, but this year at age 64, I seem to have some drip each morning. I use some over the counter nasal spray that seems to help dry it up. I believe it is steroid based, so I try to limit the use.
Iprapotrium spray, 4 times a day. Asteline spray at night , budesonide rinse twice a day.Life long post nasal drip. This is the only regiment that works for me.
