I would like to thank whoever it was that recommended this. After two years with blocked sinuses and various prescriptions from the doctors (and their side effects), this has cleared my sinuses in just two days. I can breathe through my nose again!

Hi, Purple, I've not seen nor tried Sterimar for congestion relief. Thx for the suggestion. I use Alkalol which is another very effective product and can be ordered from Amazon.

I get this on NHS but Im in UK it is quite good but can really dry you out x
