Due to my COPD getting worse have had to have my oxygen increased when i am indoors and out the thing is i seem to itch my head is driveing me mad and my nose. Has anyone got any ideas what i can do to help ease it up a little. All eplies wellcome

Talk to your doctor. I have no idea why the oxygen would make your head itch, but your nose could be dry and irritated. You could try a saline nasal spray or Ayr jel. Adding moisture might help.
HI CHRISSY 100 . - ITS THE OLD STORY - WE FIND SOMETHING THAT HELPS A SITUATION , THAT IN TURN KICKS OFF SOMETHING ELSE !... I'ME TOLD MY OSTIOPOROSIS WAS " CAUSED " BY MY TAKING ALOT OF STEROIDS FOR THE COPD - CAN'T WIN !...IF I THINK OF ANYTHING FOR YOUR SITUATION WILL POST A SUGGESTION - GOOD LUCK !!
