Bike ride

I have been trying to ride my bike ... some days are tougher than others ! At 37% lung function I do pretty good as long as I am not having to go up hill ... I have to have flat roads to bike ride ! For 2 miles !! I am proud of ME !

Your determination and discipline is something to be very proud of. 2 miles is very impressive.I had to google miles, as here in Australia we use kilometres, so that's well over 3 km! 🚲

Thanks ... I was so shocked that I did it .. I dislike very much that I can’t do what I used to do !! I used to play softball .. sometimes up to 9 games in a 3 day weekend !!! I miss that part of my life. So I keep on doing what I can to keep it from getting worse !! Hope your having a good day !! 🙂
