Has anyone managed to do the couch to 5k with COPD?

No I have not but I've never sat on the couch don't let yourself get too out of shape that's a great goal start small if you have supplemental oxygen keep using it. I live at 9000 feet disappointed that was going to have to leave you staying still is difficult sometimes depending on the day I take care of myself and if I use my new Inogen G4 i can climb. I'm a property manager I still probably walk 5K carrying things around. You can do it .go for it. Think Rocky training running the steps.

Yes, there is a gentleman from Australia known as the COPD Athlete.

His name is Russell Winwood. He runs, bikes, swims etc. - participates in the Ironman competitons. copdathlete.com/
