Good morning. How refreshing to start my day off hearing your good news....a vacation, walking, spending time in the gardens & even playing the harmonica. What blessings. I'm pleased to hear you're doing well. Keep it up, one step at a time. God bless you, Terri

At the end of Dec I got pneumonia & asthma exacerbation. I'm still very tired & have little energy. The dr. said that fatigue from pneunonia can last 2-3 months. :( Fortunately my copd is mild & until I got sick I was quite active. I long for the day that I can resume my healthy schedule of aqua aerobics, low impact aerobics & gym time where I enjoy the treadmill. Looking forward to spring. Remain well, Terri
