But I was hoping for a wonder because all week I could not breath good and I knew if I go to the DR again she puts me on prednison [which really helps but I don,t want to be on them Thanks fot you reply all the best

I would suggest that you go to your pulmonologist and if you don't have one, get a referral to one. There are a number of options but only your pulmonologist would know what is right for you.

I agree with Damon1864, you should see your doctor. If she puts you on prednisone again, she probably has a good reason. If she doesn't tell you why, ask her.

Unfortunately as a copd patient, we have to deal with taking medications and using inhalers. I hate using my inhaler, but I use it, twice a day as prescribed because it helps my breathing. Breathing is always a good thing, and it sure beats the alternative.
