Just thinking how can I keep away from people with bugs my husband goes to see Liverpool loose sorry play every other week and picks up bugs 54000 fans.The buses up to the ground standing full he’s just given me the 1 st cold of the season thank fully it didn’t go bacterial and on my lung but did bring me down.We have been together 54 years and he said he’s not going anywhere soon He’s been going to the Kop since he was 11 so I don’t think that will change. So easy to say keep away from people with bugs Take care xxx

make sure he washes up good when he comes home

I use Nasal guard cold and flu block from boots when I’m around people in the winter months. Also use vicks first defence nasal spray to prevent colds and flu.
