Your 64 concerntrate on your health and well being first a change in lifestyle can be a positive breath of fresh air . In life I found something always came to move me on go with the flow and embrace the change take care xxx
I would think it depends upon what your job is. I am 65 FEV1 28% and I am still working. I have a desk job so I am sitting most of the day.
Pulmonary rehab will be a big help, it helped me to rebuild my endurance. I also exercise at a gym doing both aerobic and strength training. Exercise has been incredibly helpful but start with pulmonary rehab.
Perhaps try part time work to start with? Not too physical. Worth a try?
