Oh dear, I’m sure you are worried both about him and how the two of you will cope.

It sounds like you maybe need to find different ways of doing things as he is less physically able than he was before - even if he isn’t admitting it.

Can you get more help with things such as cleaning, or perhaps having your shopping delivered. Could you try online shopping? I certainly find that helps with not having to do lots of heavy lifting. I know it’s awful having to be reliant on other people, but it sounds like you could both do with the help.

Hi maggie, I'm sorry your so stressed. It is very hard to try and be a caregiver and wife and do it all. Why does he not realize how sick he is? Has he been to a pulmonologist? If he follows the Dr orders and eats well with exercise it will help a great deal. Also, there are many herbs and vitamins that can make a huge difference, just as long as you check with the Dr. I've only been out of hospital 6 wks After almost dying of sepsis pneumonia. If I hadn't been following my regimen and other things I don't know if I'd made it. I'm stage 4. What stage is he? Sorry so many questions, just concerned

Hi Maggie, I'm sorry that you're going through these tough times. It's something to care for your loved one but when you're sick yourself, that increases the challenge that's needed. I'm praying for you both, that God provides the needs that you have each day. Take care of yourself.
