Living with COPD is exhausting !

Hello and Good morning !

It has been so long since I've been on here to post anything.

Have been fighting off chest infections all winter seems like we get it under control and bam all over again !

I have been told I'm severe stages. However I don't think about what stage I'm in I think about trying to stay as healthy as I can !!

I take my medications daily and use oxygen while sleeping and with activity . I just keep going and try not to let it depression me or stress me out as that all creates more problems with my breathing.

On the other hand I have to understand asking for help doesn't mean I'm lazy or just don't want to do anything it just means I'm struggling a little bit and could use a helping hand every now and then.

Have a blessed day everyone !

Thank you. I have heard a lot of good things about the diffuser and salt lamps. Going to look into it. Be blessed and breathe.
