was weighed again yesturday n lost another 2 n half pounds thats 27lb loss in 10 weeks

Hi Marc, good for you. I'm sure that walking & losing weight is helping you feel better. I've noticed a big difference since I began on the treadmill, I've seen good results. Thanks for sharing & keep up the good work. Terri

l am losing weight and not even trying,so my dr. sent me to have a thyroid test,they say they can learn alot from that test.hope they can find out something for me has l have onley gain one lb since two weeks ago.

Well done Marc! I've lost a lot of weight, also. Need to build muscle though, gotta hit the weights!

losing weight as i have COPD had high blood pressure now off meds n diabetic off meds now n week 4.

I'd say going off the meds is even more of an improvement than weight loss. Again, well done.

I am actually working on putting some weight back on, I lost a lot partly because the constant cough was debilitating. It's eased off quite a bit and I am eating well, still want to stay around 128-130. 5'8", small boned.

Good Afternoon marc, Patricia7 here. I wanted to ask how you have lost this weight?. You have lost a good amount of weight every week. I know you went to Weight Watchers marc, what sort of things have you been eating if you don't mind me asking marc?. Would you recommend W.W to other members including myself? hi i joined weight watchers i eat poached smoked haddock and boiled veg salads drink diet coke got 6 stones to lose yet hope to get there just before christmas.hope this info helps.

yes i highly reccomend weight watchers with them success is guaranteed and the weekly support is there to.
