I use xopenex . My PCP said that albuterol tends to raise my heart rate

Hi Skeeter919: This is really a question for your doctor as you will need a prescription for the drugs used.. Usually you use some form of Albuterol, Atrovent and a cortasteriod. I have even used Cromolyn Sodium for allergies in my nebulizer.

I am prescribed ipratropium bromide and albuterol to use in my nebulizer for copd.
