I am new to this site, I have copd, using 3 inhalers and occasional oxygen, my best medicine is to stay positive and stress free. I learned from this site that I should be taking magnesium for muscle spasms, thankyou

Welcome to the group, I noticed you listed stress, you need to get rid of the stress as it only makes the copd worst. I know how hard that is to do, for me I do talk therapy with a therapist once a week and it does help. I have also starting walking more, I walk in the evening when the weather is cooler. I was on 3 inhalers but recently found out that one of them maybe the cause of my Angina and the other maybe why my blood pressure is so high. I stopped taking them and only use Xopenex as my rescue inhaler.

I have copd I have a rescue inhaler I don't use I find it useless I rather do the breathing to me it helps better and faster pluse it exercises the lungs
