I have had COPD for sixteen years by the way I am 69 years old

Just getting over pneumonia and shingles

Could not get 02 higher than 83 without oxygen

Before the onset of these two beasts Improving but it's already been a month

I have been diagnosed since 2001, but know I've had emphysema longer. I have never been hospitalized because of my illness. I do not take medication, haven't for a few years. My saturation is average 90. I use oxygen at night for an hour or two, but usually take it off after that. Annoys me. I am 70 years old in July and am new to this site.
