Hi. You certainly have been through a lot. I had an op for bowel cancer, three year ago, then a couple of days later, had to have an emergency op. as the blood wasn't getting through to the bowel, and ended up with a stoma, which is permanent. I cope, and still do many things. Like trips, to concerts. Even been on a cruise to Norway. So you will be able I am sure to have some quality time . Mine is very eratic, and I take Imodium, but it saved my life. I am 81. Take care and all the best to you.

Hi. So sorry to hear you are feeling down. I am not surprised . You have been through such a lot. I was lucky and didn't have to have chemo. I am sorry you cancelled your cruise to Norway. It was amazing!!! Hopefully you will get a chance again. I do have problems with my diet. I avoid a lot of things and take an Imodium most days. I still can't understand why ,llast night, I had to change by pouch twice, which is unusual, even though I didn't eat anything different. I was told to cut down hot drinks to three a day. You just have to see what agrees with you. The usual to avoid skins, green veg, spicy food. I do hope that you will feel better. I get very frustrated at times, but try and stay positive. I have tried to do as much as I can. I go to many concerts, and find if I don't eat much on that day, and take Imodium I have been okay. All the best to you.

I am so sorry to hear about your husband. It must indeed be so difficult for you, especially at this time. Have you got family that can be there for you.? I am sure too, there are organizations that you could talk to. I hope that you will get through this. Wish I could help more. Take care
