Stoma and wound.

Hi! I had an ileostomy about five months ago and was left with a large serious wound near the stoma adding to problems when infection developed. Now I have a viscious pain just above the wound. I see two separate groups one is nursing staff that change and check my wound and the other is the stoma nurse I see very acashionally. I did mention pain to nurse I see for wound but she said nothing except that once again I have infection and she as given me antibiotics a stronger dose that caused the pouch to fill up with watery poo time after time causing a real problem that brought me to tears. At the moment I am putting up with the pain until I can see some one to discuss this before taking these tablets again. Could the pain be caused through infection again?
